(3/31/2021) In observance of the Holy Week, please be informed that there will be no trading and office operations on April 1-2, 2021.
Please refer below for the adjustment of settlement dates and the cut-off for withdrawal requests.
Transaction date March 29 (Mon) - Settlement date on April 5 (Mon)
Transaction date March 30 (Tues) - Settlement date on April 6 (Tues)
Transaction date March 31 (Wed) - Settlement date on April 7 (Wed)
Withdrawals:
Last withdrawal day is March 31 (Wed).
March 31 (Wed) withdrawals before 10:00 AM will be credited within the day for BPI Savings Account and additional 3 banking days for BPI Family Savings Account.
Withdrawals after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next banking day, April 5 (Mon).
*The system will accept withdrawal requests on weekends and non-working days but no actual processing will be done until the next working day.
For account-specific concerns during this period, you may send an e-mail to bpitrade@bpi.com.ph. We will address them as soon as our office operations resume on April 5, 2021.

As we continue to prioritize the well-being and safety of our employees, and with the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila and some provinces, our Client Relations team will be on skeletal workforce starting today, March 29, 2021, until further notice.
