(4/8/2020) In observance of the holidays, Maundy Thursday/Araw ng Kagitingan and Good Friday, please be informed that there will be no trading from Thursday to Friday, April 9-10, 2020. In addition, our offices in Ayala North Exchange and Cebu will be closed. For account-specific concerns, you may send an email to bpitrade@bpi.com.ph, and we will address them as soon as office operations resume on Monday, April 13, 2020. For BPI Trade Online password reset requests, you may call 889-10000 for Metro Manila then press 3 for "Internet and Mobile Banking", 3 for "BPI Trade" then 1 "For BPI Trade concerns".

Please be advised that the following settlement schedules of trades from April 6 to 8, 2020 will be adjusted to April 13 to April 15, 2020.

Due to the limited resources brought about by the enhanced community quarantine, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process and provide the following services starting tomorrow, Thursday, April 2, 2020 until Friday, April 3, 2020:

1. Withdrawal requests sent from 10:01 AM today, Wednesday, April 1, 2020 onwards;
2. Client Relations Hotline and BPI Trade Mailbox and;
3. Account Opening updating and reactivation

You may still send us your queries through our official Facebook page Inbox. However, due to limited resources, we will only be able to answer general questions about your BPI Trade Account.

For password resets, you may continue to call 889-10000 for Metro Manila then press 3 for "Internet and Mobile Banking:, 3 for  "BPI Trade" then 2 "For BPI Trade Concerns".

We would like to seek your understanding on this matter. Furthermore, we will provide you an update once the processes and services noted above are resumed.

Please be informed that tomorrow, Friday, March 27, 2020, upon logging in, a pop up window with the updated BPI Trade Terms and Conditions will appear on your screen. The updates include provisions on new products and services that have yet to be released. We encourage you to read through the updates prior to clicking on the "I Agree" button.
